Jay offers a range of services, including Osteoarticulation, Myofascial Remodelling, Manual Lymphatic Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy and Dolphin Microcurrent Pulsed Stimulation for Pain Managment, Scar Release and Vagal Nerve Stimulation. Jay is highly skilled and experienced, and will work with you intentionally to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.
Meet Our Team
Manual Osteopathic Therapist , Jay Hoffos, opened this clinic in January 2023 after completing his training at Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2022. He has also completed additional training in Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Somato Emotional Release Therapy, CST for paediatrics as well as Integrated Manual Therapies and Dolphin Microcurrent Pulsed Stimulation.
Jay is a Husband, Father and Grandfather who, prior to retiring in 2024, spent 38 years as an Advanced Care Paramedic and 33 years as Professional Fire Fighter - Paramedic in a municipal fire department. During that career he was always an advocate for Mental Health and helped develop and lead one of the most robust Critical Incident Managment Peer Support Teams in Alberta.
The Skills and Experiences that Jay has gathered over the years have helped him in developing a keen and trauma-informed understanding of how our bodies experience, absorb and recover from all manner of impacts that life sends our way. He uses this experience and training to help his clients find ways to correct any structural and functional concerns allowing their bodies to heal.
